• Diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue

Inclusion criteria

Analysis of inpatients who were hospitalized from 2022 to 2023

Exclusion criteria

- Patient cases with additional inpatient stays at the clinic after their initial inclusion in the study - Patient cases for which the responsible statutory accident insurance institution withdrew coverage of treatment costs during or after completion of treatment because there was no indication of an occupational accident

Primary outcomes

Causality analysis of SAV cases under item 11 to differentiate between an unavoidable clinical trajectories and quality-dependent care deficits.
