Summary

Investigation of a potentially more informative index than the apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) using peripheral arterial tonometry (PAT) and incorporating relevant questionnaires for the diagnosis of OSAS

Inclusion criteria

Adult patients aged 18 years or older who have provided informed consent for the use of their data for scientific research purposes

Exclusion criteria

Incomplete dataset Technical artifacts / technical disturbances Refusal to allow the use of data for research purposes

Primary outcomes

Investigation of the predictive value of hypoxic burden measured by PAT compared with the apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) within the context of PAT
