Summary
The principal question this project plans to answer is does using a combination of varenicline and NRT reduce post-quitting urges to smoke more than varenicline alone. The primary outcome measure will be the rating of urges to smoke one week after the target quit date assessed by Mood and Physical Symptoms Scale [MPSS] (West and Hajek 2004).
