Phase 1b •To assess the safety and tolerability, and select a safe dose of PEGPH20 in combination with gemcitabine Phase 2 •To compare the Overall Survival (OS) of PEGPH20 in combination with gemcitabine versus gemcitabine in combination with placebo in patients with previously untreated Stage IV pancreatic cancer.
