Reverse Fly Exercise On Supraspinatus Tendinitis In Patients Receiving Aromatase Inhibitors Therapy After Mastectomy
40 female patients who have mastectomy and receiving aromatase inhibitor therapy will participate in this study. Their ages will be ranged from 50 to 70 years. The participants will be selected from (national cancer institution Design of the study: In this study the patients will be randomly assigned into two equal groups Group A (Study group): This group will include 20 patients who will receive after 3:6 weeks from starting aromatase inhibitor the reverse fly exercise , in additions Traditional treatment for tendonitis post mastectomy and their medical treatment. (physiotherapeutic treatments 3 times a week for 8 weeks , including , (pendulum ex , soft tissue release , stretching ex., strengthening ex. and ROM ex.) and their medical treatment. Group B (Control group): This group includes 20 patients who will receive the traditional physical therapy program (pendulum ex , soft tissue release, stretching ex., strengthening ex. and ROM ex.) and their medical treatment ,3 times a week for 8 weeks.
Inclusion Criteria: Age range between 50:70 years. Female patients participate in the study. All patients with unilateral mastectomy. Patients who receiving aromatase inhibitors treatment. All patients will enroll in this study with have their informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria: Patients have Metastases Patients with Lymphedema Patients with Rheumatoid arthritis Patients have Neurological deficits (stroke, Parkinsonism) Patients with Psychological disorders
