This study aimed to characterize the progression and risk fators of coronary artery aneurysms, and copmpare the outcomes across different management strategies

Detailed description

This study aim to investigated the progression of coronary artery aneurysms (CAA) assessed by angiography, then compared the effectiveness of different management strategies, and identified risk factors associated with lesion progression and major adverse cardiovascular events.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria: 1. Angiographically confirmed coronary artery aneurysm, defined as coronary dilation ≥1.5 times the adjacent normal reference vessel diameter. 2. Age 18-80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion Criteria: 1. Suboptimal image quality 2. Incomplete clinical data, including medical history, laboratory parameters, or follow-up records.
