To determine wether local infiltrationanaestesia with Naropin added Toradol and Adrenaline combind with intraarticulary infusion of Naropin and Toradol after total knee arthroplasty can enchange analgesia compared with epidural infusion of Naropin and intravenous infusion of Toradol.
