To define the cortisol response to Synacthen in normal volunteers using commercially available cortisol immunoassays in use in clinical laboratories in the UK

Critère d'inclusion

• Normal, healthy volunteers to establish a reference range for the synacthen test, plus patients with hypoadrenalism/hypopituitarism
