A Retrospective Analysis of Patients With Full Thickness Wounds in Limbs With Critical Ischemia Once the patients are identified that have a full thickness wound on a limb clearly identified as having critical limb ischemia, these patients will be evaluated. The data that will be extracted from each chart will include patient's age, patient's gender, number of office visits, presence of diabetes, presence of osteomyelitis, type and amount of antibiotic administered, number of hyperbaric oxygen treatments, and if the wound healed.

A Study of LY2835219 in Participants With Cancer The purpose of this study is to assess how the body handles LY2835219 when it is given with another drug called clarithromycin. The study doctor will measure the amount of LY2835219 that is absorbed into the blood stream and the time that it takes to remove LY2835219 from the body. The safety and tolerability of these drugs will be studied. Each participant will complete 2 study periods in fixed order. After screening, Period 1 will last approximately 8 days and Period 2 will last approximately 15 days. Participants who complete Period 2 may continue to receive LY2835219 in 28-day cycles until discontinuation criteria are met.

Nurse Empathic Behaviour to Reduce the Fear in Patients of Preoperative Cardiac Surgery The objective was to compare the frequency and intensity of symptoms of fear in patients of preoperative cardiac surgery who received empathic behaviour from nurse or those who received no specific type of empathic behaviour. This is a randomized clinical trial. The sample consisted of 44 patients in preoperative of cardiac surgery, who were divided in two groups: empathic behaviour by nurses and without specific empathic behaviour. Fear was assessed at two time points: before and after the intervention. The instrument used was developed and validated, comprising 15 defining characteristics of the nursing diagnosis fear. The hypothesis is that the group who received empathic behaviour from nurse will reduce the anxiety.

Pembrolizumab, Combination Chemotherapy, and Radiation Therapy Before Surgery in Treating Adult Patients With Locally Advanced Gastroesophageal Junction or Gastric Cardia Cancer That Can Be Removed by Surgery This phase Ib/II trial studies the side effects and best way to give pembrolizumab with combination chemotherapy and radiation therapy before surgery and to see how well it works in treating adult patients with gastroesophageal junction or gastric cardia cancer that has spread from where it started to nearby tissue and can be removed by surgery. Monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may block tumor growth in different ways by targeting certain cells. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Giving pembrolizumab, combination chemotherapy, and radiation therapy before surgery may make the tumor smaller and reduce the amount of normal tissue that needs to be removed.
